Recreational Programs | MS and HS Programs

Centre Soccer’s Recreational Programs are intermediate programs designed to provide MS and HS players the opportunity to play locally with friends while improving their technical skills and tactical understanding of the game in a fun environment. Training and games are played in State College and run from being Pick Up to Competitive.

MS Rec Program

This program is set up to provide MS players with local training and playing opportunities in State College. Each session will include technical training while teaching the principles of the game. Each season includes a festival game and may include other outside playing opportunities.

    

HS Rec Programs

This program is set up to provide HS players with local training and playing opportunities in State College. Each session will include technical training while teaching the principles of the game. Each season includes a festival game and may include other outside playing opportunities.

   

MS and HS Coed Pick Up

Pick Up is for players that want to continue playing soccer for fun and exercise but don’t want to travel to play. Teams will be formed based on numbers and age groups maybe combined. Pick Up is once a week in on Mondays in State College. No formal training sessions are provided, just adult supervision. CSA t-shirts are not provided.

  
MS and HS Indoor Pick Up

Due to limited indoor space, the Winter Indoor Pick Up space is limited, sign up today. Positions in the program will be filled on a first come/first serve basis. Players will receive technical and tactical training in a small game environment. Training that is canceled due to weather or facility closures will be rescheduled when possible but are not guaranteed.



MS and HS Indoor League

Due to limited indoor space, the Winter Indoor Leagues space is limited, sign up today. Positions on teams will be filled on a first come/first serve basis. Players will be placed on teams that will play games once a week. No practices are scheduled during the winter season. League is scheduled for eight weeks. Games canceled due to weather or facility closures will be rescheduled when possible but are not guaranteed.


Division 5 Travel Teams

CSA will form teams based on players commitment and interest in playing outside competition. These teams will train 1-2 times per week and have games on Sunday's throughout PA West. All of our Travel Teams register through PA West. This team plays in the Division 5 league. Teams in Division 5 are usually from State College, Altoona, Bellefonte, Hollidaysburg and Huntingdon.
